| Western human rights groups slam Swiss minaret ban | |

Brussels (UNN) Human rights groups in the West are condemning a referendum proposal held in Switzerland on Sunday to ban the building of mosque minarets in the country. During a press conference here Monday, Human right activist condemned the move to "inflame inter-religious tensions just for political gain. The price to pay for the referendum will be very high for Switzerland. I wonder how the Swiss who are living in the Muslim world are feeling about it, said Deletroz who himself hails from Switzerland.
